We, at Signaturess.com reserve the right to change the use policies as well as terms and conditions. We cater to a large number of clients and are committed to provide the best possible services in a highly secured manner.
We don’t allow:
Bulk Mailing, Spam Mails, Mass Mailing related or any suspicious activity in root panel ETC, Proxy Scripts, Anonymizers, Pirated Software, Warez, image hosting only sites that do not host an actual domain/normal website content, Money circulation site, Trading Programs, and Prime Banks Programs, lottery sites, religious hate sites, hacker focused sites/archives/programs, sites promoting illegal activities. Direct customers: Your services will be terminated with or without notice. Violations will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency. No refunds will be given.
Mailing Policy and Limits:
There is a 50 hourly outbound email limit per domain this limit is also applied towards mailman. And 50 mails will not be allowed at a time. If you send over this amount in any hour most of the e-mails will bounce back with an undeliverable error. Many of our servers have a 30 pop checks per hour limit per domain. If you go over this you are likely to get a wrong password error message saying login incorrect. Just wait an hour and it will automatically unlock you. To prevent this from happening again make sure to disable auto checking or at least set it to something higher such as 10 minutes.
Signaturess.com will not be responsible for the outlook emails, if the mails are active on the server. If client want to configure the outlook more then one time, then it will be chargeable. The charges will be INR 1200 or $20 one time fee. As per the designing plans outlook configuration is said to be done one time. Email support is for our shared hosting clients, this support is not included for the designing packages clients. Signaturess.com will not be responsible for the emails receiving and sending from the outlook unless the issue is from the server directly, if the server is working actively we are not responsible for other technical issues of the outlook. Outlook issue should be sorted out by the clients computer engineer, If the client insist for our assistant then it will be chargeable.
You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received from Signaturess.com, in advance of the time period during which such services that are provided is due. You agree that services will continue to be charged unless you notify Signaturess.com of your desire to cancel any and/or all services received, those services will be billed on a recurring basis according to your current pricing structure (i.e. domain fees, hosting fees, email hosting). Cancellations must be done in writing via the account services support department. Signaturess.com reserves the right to change any and/or all fees at anytime.
Signaturess.com is not responsible in any manner for loss of data, crash, downtime and failure of the system. At times, Signaturess.com may resell certain tools, software and programmes used by use but not developed by us. We are also not accountable for the utilization of client’s account in any manner. In case the terms and conditions are not followed in the prescribed manner, they are likely to deactivated without any further discussion. The deletion or deactivation of account will solely be related to the terms set by Signaturess.com for which no intimation or correspondence of any matter is required. At the same time, Signaturess.com reserves the right to change and modify these guidelines, policies at any point of time without notifications in advance of any sort.
Backups and Data Loss:
Your use of the services rendered is at your sole risk. Signaturess.com is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backups of files and data stored on servers. Your server may or may not have automatic backups installed. Backups can be made through cPanel.
